The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. It is designed to help individuals prepare for the U.S. Naturalization Civics Test administered by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

The App provides civics test preparation content for informational and educational purposes only. The questions and answers are based on official USCIS study materials. This App does not provide legal, immigration, or naturalization advice. For guidance on your immigration case, consult a qualified immigration attorney or accredited representative.
We make every effort to keep the civics questions and answers up to date with the latest USCIS guidelines. However, we do not warrant that the content is always current, complete, or error-free. USCIS may change questions, answers, or procedures at any time. Always verify content against the official USCIS website (uscis.gov).
All app content, design, and code are the property of PS Studios, except where USCIS materials are used under fair use for educational purposes. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the App without prior written permission.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PS Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to test outcomes or immigration decisions.
The App displays advertisements via Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements shown within the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document when changes are made.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
